Stroke preview leaves permanent mark on screen after 2.6 update

After updating my astropad version to 2.6 (build 3051), the purple stroke preview (or the last portion thereof) doesn’t automatically disappear after the stroke. Here’s a screenshot after scribbling on the homepage of the astropad support forum:

How can I make this go away, or else revert to my previous version of astropad? (Which was fine for me, I’m on macOS 10.12.6. Other specs: 15 inch Macbook Pro 2015, retina screen, 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7, Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB. Apple-issued usb cable, not using wifi.)

PS: Currently, the only way I have to get rid of the purples scribbles is to quit & relaunch astropad either on the ipad or on the mac.

(This went away this morning, after the ipad was more fully charged… I didn’t restart the computer or the ipad, so I don’t know what happened, apart from that.)

Hi @youlam thanks for the screenshot and detailed information.
Glad to know it resolved itself, but still an issue we’ll be looking into.

What iOS is used on your iPad? This would be helpful to know.

Hi, sorry for the delay. The iPad is running iOS 11.2.2. (Will update now, actually.)
