Set up: Step1 in App! Not showing plans :(


Hi there! Was just about the choose my plan with 7 day free trial through the app but it doesn’t show the plans :frowning:
Thought I was to pay through iTunes so i don’t have to enter my credit card online.
Is there going to be an app fix/update?


What screen are you seeing instead? Any error messages?

To confirm –
You are purchasing directly through the App Store via iPad app?
Or through our webstore from our website page?

The plans weren’t showing up when asked to choose a plan.
But, I ended up rebooting my ipad and then they showed up.
So everything is good to go.
